Bug: Read new mail. Enter=First Message does not work

Windows 10 OS, build 5.7.2.3544.

Has been around for a while, just haven't taken the time to report. When using the internal mail reader for netmail, message prompt (Q=Quit, Enter=First Message) Enter does not do anything. Capture
