Drop CentOS8

We never officially added it for 5.6, but we'll drop centos entirely in 5.7. It's no longer a viable option. Either we'll add Fedora or Rocky Linux depending on what the community wants.

Or just stay Debian/Ubunutu and double down on Ubuntu as bleeding edge.

Sounds like there is now free RHEL for dev and small use (<16 machines). We could use that vs. centos if we want to keep supporting this distro

5.7 is unlikely to pick up a new centos distribution, so pushing this to post 5.7
