Investigate LibSSH for SSH support

Looks like it's LGPL (which we can use with our Apache License) and now it supports SSH v1 and v2 as well as server support (IIRC it used to only support clients)

I use this for SSH in Magicka, it seems to work pretty well.

@apamment What terminal do you use to ssh into magicka? syncterm doesn't seem to work.
