Introduce WebSockets

Description

Hi I have been using wwebjs for as long as I can remember but seem to be inclined to ask when the Devs will start migrating to websockets. The current puppeteer methods is becoming more and more troublesome. Ive even started moving to WhiskeySockets but i dont like the interactivity much with the interface. I would much more prefer wwebjs to start building in the option to use.
