Viewing POIs no longer works after viewing POI info

If you tap on a person or party (POI or Point Of Interest), then tap again to view its info in safari, upon returning to the app, you can no longer tap on POIs.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tap on a person or party to display the little tooltip popover thing
2. Tap on that to view their info in Safari
3. Return to the app
4. Try tapping on a person or party

Expected Results: The tooltip/popover for that person or party should appear

Actual Results: Nothing appears for any person or party again.

Workarounds: Hiding then showing parties will fix the problem for parties. Killing and restarting the app fixes the problem for all POIs.

Beautiful, thanks. I'm aware of this problem, it's related to a third party maps library (e.g. https://github.com/airbnb/react-native-maps/issues/1288). I want to switch to Google Maps for that reason, but there is other issues with that.
