SpringAll Add a link to the official tutorials in the /getting-started page

This should be very easy to do and help new users find their ways in diaspora*.

Sure! Can you please provide mockups (maybe before you actually code too much, even if this should not be a big work)? I tried a few weeks ago to do it but wasn't sure where to put the link, so we probably need to discuss about that.
