Can't select on Scatter Chart with large data

Expected Behavior

When the Chart has large data, a user able to click on Scatter Chart.

Actual Behavior

When the Chart has large data, the user unable to click on Scatter Chart. It doesn’t allow one to click. You have to click a lot of times on one point then it works.
