@katbyte looks like these two PRs with the wrong release version, they should be released in 3.29.0? 3.28.0 was released on (October 20, 2022) but these two merged on Oct....
what about using a parallel query: one for built-in policy and another for custom policy and then joining both results? there will be no scheme update, and users will not...

Hi @katbyte I reruned the tests and i believe the root cause of the failure is the parallel running of the test cases and the `TestAccAzureRMResourcePolicyRemediation_basic`'s network creating was blocked...
