**Bug 描述** 在输出独立页面列表(导航栏使用)，或“上一篇”“下一篇”时，尽管只是输出标题，但该插件仍然被调用并处理content text，并且会输出插件的 header,footer，浪费了计算资源和带宽。其实只有当页面或文章的正文需要输出时，才需要调用该插件以及输出 header,footer **预期的改进：** 仅当必要时(即输出摘要或全文时)，才运行插件的核心替换逻辑，否则该插件不产生实际作用。 **思路：** 插件不要插到`filter`，而是插到`excerptEx`, `contentEx`即可。
