Focus the bottom of the window when switching to SublimeREPL tab

Which I switch to the REPL tab I often want to put more input into the REPL but sometimes the cursor has not focused the input part of the repl and typing input doesn't work

Can we have SublimeREPL focus the last part of the REPL when the REPL tab is activated?
