can not stop repl while running python

I use SublimeREPL to run python flask, but when I close the repl tab or right click then kill, flask is still running, they dont work.So how can I stop process。 Sublime version：3126 OS： macOS10.12

I'm having the same problem. There is a reference to this in issue #42 but I guess is not working anymore.
