Running in PowerShell gives strange error

I have faced following error message when running Windows Terminal (powershell.exe):

Funniest thing is that it just flashes and then first page of page shows. But navigation is not working. It stuck on this first page.

When running in cmder (cmd.exe) everything is fine.
