Highlight issue

why am I getting highlight in book, I tried turn it off but it seems no use.. and I can't find any tips on internet. Screen Shot 2022-02-06 at 11 11 30 PM

Hey there, it seems like the terminal wasn't capable to display italic.

What terminal did you use? Is it also inside tmux? What is the value of TERM variable?

Can you run these commands in bash:

  • echo -e "\e[4munderline\e[0m"
  • echo -e "\e[3mitalic\e[0m"

and see if the output is correctly displayed underline and italic respectively?
