The Dimensions part in [USAGE.md] is copied from owasp_in_sdlc. It could make sense to automatically integrate stuff from there.

Q2

Consider not suggesting libraries in the documentation: maintaining a list of up-to-date "good" libraries requires a great effort.

A solution could be to reference other projects doing that.
