Galaxy integration

I'm sure someone will ask for this... how do I automagically set up a SequenceServer interface for the results of my galaxy installation 1?

The solution will probably be a hack no matter what... If someone wants to give it a shot....

Galaxy has a blast extension now.

Now that we have a functioning and documented API , it should be relatively simple to create a galaxy plugin. This should enable galaxy users to send their FASTA sequences from Galaxy directly to run BLAST on a sequenceserver instance against one of the databases present in the SequenceServer instance.
