Improve how the actual alignment is shown.

  • [x] Should make best use of available space. Should line up with Kablammo at all times. Should resize when screen is resized.
  • [ ] Copying the alignment should only copy the alignment and not the left-right coordinates.
  • [ ] ~~Tooltips for each residue indicating the exact coordinate~~ (ineffecient)
  • [ ] Colour scheme (see #219)
