Hi, this is not normal. When we run the ISIC2017 dataset of 256x256 size on 3090 GPU, an epoch is 35 seconds to 40 seconds. When running the 512x512 size ISIC2017 dataset, an epoch is 55 seconds to 60 seconds. The following is a record of running the 512x512 size ISIC2017 dataset: image Maybe issue 7 can help you.
