erroneous leading/trailing space errors on Windows 7

I get the following erroneous warning on all my site links: "Warning leading or trailing whitespace in URL '/gp/help/customer/display.html/?nodeId=201584980' this is for the url: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html/?nodeId=201584980

It happens for all urls even though there are no leading or trailing space.
