SSL EV not working?

I wanted to check our webseite https://www.redcross-edu.ch But I get a SSL error (Error: SSLError: hostname 'www.redcross-edu.ch' doesn't match either of '*.tocco.ch', 'tocco.ch'), altough the certificate is perfectly working in browsers. What can I do?
