Kap dialog hidden by Chrome

Steps to reproduce

• Capture a video of a screen region in Chrome
• Export the video to clipboard as Gif
• Attempt to close export window
• Export window cannot close as "Are you sure" dialog is hidden

Current behaviour

Notice there's no dialog, unlike when recording my desktop (or pulling the Kap window off of chrome to a new desktop)

Expected behaviour

The export window is closable

Workaround

Drag the export window to a new monitor that doesn't have chrome on it. This seems to be an issue with Chrome displaying over some of Kap's windows (or Kap displaying under chrome)

Additional Notes

• The export still works, I just can't close the window
• I never see a "Are you sure you want to discard" window when this happens. The kap window darkens like it's rendering that dialog, but I can't see it.
• This does only seem to happen when recording in Chrome. Recording my desktop seems to work just fine

This might be a chrome issue, it happens with the Print Dialog in chrome too, and a few folks reported really similar looking issues

Feel free to close if it's not something Kap can (or should) fix!

This happens for any application in full-screen mode for me and is not a Chrome-specific bug.
