I have observed that the Google Drive link does not lead to a website that would be accessible by anyone.

Is this dataset no longer supported?

Yes, this one works @wuhuikai

The one introduced in the README doesn't have this suffix:

view?resourcekey=0-GJ3Loydd4k2QaONnVd3B5Q

I suspect that the README url is a link to the resource, but without sharing option. My suggestion would be to host the data on Zenodo to obtain a DOI and have a persistent storage ;)
