Validation while selecting .jar path

While setting new instance with GAP it would be good to have validation checking if selected file is a .jar.

During sh gradlew props step I selected .zip by mistake and while executing sh gradlew I got an error. Stack trace stated that something is wrong with .jarfile but without any details.

yep, will be improved. even I remember that I did the same some time ago

current case is to protect that jar file is selected not the aem sdk zip
