#174 Support for Applitools Eyes added

Description

This PR provides a new module that enables Applitools Eyes support.

Motivation and Context

Applitools Eyes is a very popular SaaS for visual regression testing, having it enabled in the project boosts Bobcat overall usefulness to people using it. Existing issue: #174
