Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. HTML_CodeSniffer is fine, but would like the option to use axe.

Describe the solution you'd like Pa11y allows you to integrate axe-core instead. Might be able to follow them.

Additional context Axe is a well supported accessibility engine that is working to avoid false positives in their reporting and builds to a common W3C standard for reporting.

I think there will be more open source accessibility engines folks might want to use.
