How to verify if script was executed on publish instance?

APM enables user to run script on publish instance via Run on publish button. Is it possible to verify if given script has been already executed there?

Exactly, just Last run on author is available. APM provides a feature that allows you to run script on publish instance(s), but there's no audit trail whatsoever for such operation.

Actually, the execution status is preserved within the script execution history. I agree this is not linked with the script itself, so not ideal.

For the last run on publish this is more tricky than seems to. Note there are usually more than 1 publishes connected so we'd have to track all executions on all servers.
