processing poorly formated files

files formated with xx:xx:xx.xx timestamps are unaltered w/ "srt-resync.py". in other words the program doesn't work with all srt files. Files I've worked with need to be manually edited to xx:xx:xx,xx format before use the program to sucessfully utilize the python coding.
