Automatically upload changes after answering

User Story

As a mapper, I want to be able to automatically upload my answer to the OSM server, so that I can answer questions quicker

Acceptance Criterias

• When answering the question, mappers are given the option to automatically upload their answer once they have selected one
• When uploading the answer to the OSM server, a sensible commit message is added (cp. this StreetComplete quest)

Alternatives Considered

• We could make this a setting in the menu. However, sometimes, it might make sense to commit multiple changes in one single changeset, instead of multiple changesets

Unhappy Cases

• Mappers might just want to test the app, and are not aware that they are changing the map. To mitigate this, the app could warn first-time users (just like it is already)
• Mappers might have performed other changes than just answering. We need to ensure not to upload those as well
