Extra iStats features please

What should it do?

I would love it if the iStats module could suppress the invitation to configure iStats Extra.

So, this isn't really a module vs a cmdrunner example of an external program.

Looking at the code, it looks like the only way to enable this is to actually enable at least one additional stat from istats extra https://github.com/Chris911/iStats/blob/0b86af356baa680cabc5665cc0364de29f1f5958/lib/iStats/command.rb#L75-L80
