[Status Dashboard] Distributed view doesn't remove the killed resource node

Description: Incorrect information is shown when a resource node is forcefully removed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy a fully distributed deployment configured with 2 managers and 2 resources.
2. Forcefully kill a resource node which is already connected to the active manager.
3. View the Distributed View in Status Dashboard.
4. A new resource is spawn and the partial siddhi apps are reballenced among them the current resource nodes.
5. Status dashboard shows incorrect information.
