Siddhi App gets stuck and throws errors when re-deploying after the changes when there is a high load

Description: When changes were made to the siddhi app while the server is up, it throws errors continuously. This behavior is observed under a high TPS.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a sample siddhi app. Start the server. Send around 1k requests per second. Replace the siddhi app with a modified/changed version. Observe server throwing errors.
