Cannot see the application name under the router access logs for 429 scenarios - Choreo Connect 1.0.0 with APIM 4.0.0

Problem

In the current implementation, there is no way to get the application name from the API invocations for failure scenarios (Eg: 429 response code) under the router access logs.

Solution

Provide a way to address the above requirement.
