[Docs] Restructure Documentation for Choreo-Connect

Describe your problem(s)

There is some ambiguity associated on the positioning documentation for certain features in choreo connect (Http2, X-Forwarded-For header manipulation etc). Hence, it would require to restructure the documentation for these choreo-connect prior to the next release. When we restructure after having all the new features, we would have a better overlook.
