Skip password reset on first log-in, if first log-in happens after password expiry timeout has elapsed

Describe the issue: The default password policy feature of WSO2 IS/Asgardeo prompts password reset for users who are logging in for the first time, if the first login happens after the password expiry time has elapsed. Ideally, there should be an option to skip password reset, if the user has not logged in even once after account creation, and the first login happens after the password expiry time is elapsed.
