Missing links and incorrect paths mentioned in Customized Layouts docs

Is your suggestion related to a missing or misleading document? Please describe.

In the https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/guides/branding/add-custom-layouts documentation, there are links to sample html, js, css files which lands on 404.

Further there's an issue with the path mentioned in the following step. It instructs to go to the said path and build the component but it has to be one directory up.
