Unable to create text content in registry

Describe the issue: Encounter an issue when trying to create text content in the registry. Clicking the "Add" button results in a loading state that doesn't progress, accompanied by error related to the YUI library in the browser console.

How to reproduce:

• Log in to the management console.
• Navigate to Registry -> Browse.
• Expand entries and click "Add Resource."
• Choose "Create Text Content" as method, fill required fields and click on "Add" button.

Expected behavior:

• Resource should be created successfully.
