Describe the issue: Unable to add a group to secondary user store

How to reproduce:

1. Add jdbc userstore
2. Add some users to it
3. Try to add a group name with 3 characters. Select the users.
4. Can see a UI name validation error

Expected behavior: Should be able to add a group with 3 characters.

Environment information (Please complete the following information; remove any unnecessary fields) :

• Product Version: IS-7.0.0-rc3
• OS: Mac
• Database: H2
• Userstore: JDBC
