Describe the issue:

API resource is displayed in the API authorization tab even after being delete

How to reproduce:

  1. Create an API resource
  2. Create an application
  3. Go to API authorization tab and click on add API authorization
  4. List the API resources
  5. Close the modal
  6. Delete the created API resource
  7. Go to API authorization tab and click on add API authorization and the delete API resource will be listed
