Password validation forces super admin to change password

Description

Super admin can enable password history and password expiration both from the console. It results in forced password reset on the next login for super admin and redirects back to myaccount upon successful reset. This happens only once for the super admin.

Steps to reproduce

• Login to console and navigate to login and registration
• Go to password validation and enable both password history and expiration with default values.
• Logout from console and try to log back in and observe the flow.
