As our system provides global outbound provisioning capability, referring to an "application" within this context is causing confusion among users. Furthermore, the documentation lacks details on configuring applications within this framework.

Describe the improvement

1. Update the documentation to replace the term "SCIM2 application" with more appropriate terminology that reflects the global nature of our outbound provisioning capability.
