Password hashing algorithm- sha-512 support in WSO2 IS 5.11 for secondary JDBC User store

WSO2 IS 5.11 for secondary JDBC User store support sha-512 as one of having algorithms, but its not documented in the docs[1]

Note: Ldap also support sha-512 and we noted in doc, you can refer to the required change[2]
