Secondary JDBC userstores copied over from older packs for migration do not work in the migrated IS 6.0.0

Describe the issue: $subject After migration, the secondary userstore is not visible in the console. Not accessible via the APIs either.

How to reproduce:

  1. Setup IS 5.3.0 with DB2 and a secondary JDBC userstore
  2. Instructions in [1] were followed for migrating the IS and secondary userstores.

Expected behavior: All secondary userstores should be working and visible in the console.

Environment information:

  • Product version: IS 5.3.0, 6.0.0
  • Database: DB2
  • Userstore: JDBC
