No "kid" claim in the access token JWT header with IS-KM

Description:

Currently, the "kid" claim is not added to the access token of JWT header when generating the access token in an APIM and IS-KM setup. { "typ": "JWT", "alg": "RS256", "x5t": "ZjRmYTMwNTJjOWU5MmIzMjgzNDI3Y2IyMmIyY2EzMjdhZjViMjc0Zg==" }
