micro-integrator Incorrect Jaeger service name in Grafana dashboards

Description

By default we use WSO2-SYNAPSE as the Jaeger service name when publishing tracing data from MI. However in the Grafana dashboards we have used wso2-synapse (lowercase) as the service name. Therefore when the user gets redirected to the Jaeger UI from Grafana, they need to manually change the service name.

I tried fixing this issue and created pull request #4393 by editing two files. It's currently waiting for approval from the code owner @rosensilva.
