[New Feature]: Ability to show the runtime status of message processors via the ICP

Description

An API is required to notify the current state of the message processor. Currently deactivate and reactivate can be done via the existing dashboard. But if the message processor is faulted due to some issues the actual state should be reflected in the dashboard.

Suggestion: We can introduce ACTIVE, INACTIVE, and FAULTY status to reflect whether the message processor has been activated or deactivated or failed due to an error.
