Update the text in the registry migration tool

Description: We are using a registry migration tool that is common to both EI 6.x.x and ESB 5.0.0. See [1]. However, the input strings etc. in the tool currently specify 'EI'. For example:

Let's change this input values to say 'ESB Server' as it will be common to both EI and ESB.
