Injecting Environment variables is not working wso2ei7.0.2 micro integrator 1.1.0

Affected Product Version: wso2ei7.02 micro-integrator 1.1.0 OS, DB, other environment details and versions:

Steps to reproduce: Step1: C:\OpenSource\wso2ei-7.0.2\micro-integrator\bin\micro-integrator.bat set CONFIG_DIR=C:\OpenSource\wso2ei-7.0.2\micro-integrator\conf -Dproperties.file.path="%CONFIG_DIR%\dev\dev.properties" Step2: dev.properties content TokenEP=https://IDENTITYdv1.com/connect/token Step3: Endpoint xml content

-1 1.0 0 Step4: Deployed the car file in to micro-integrator Step5: Restarted the micro-integrator server Step6: Verified in the Dashboard.
