Support for tenant mode

Description: As discussed in https://github.com/wso2/kubernetes-apim/issues/311, APIM Kubernetes artifacts do not support tenant mode. The following list includes some of the suggested places to be updated in order to support the tenant mode.

PVs for following locations <WSO2_HOME>/repository/tenants across all the nodes deployment <WSO2_HOME>/repository/deplpyement/server/userstores among KM,pub/store nodes deployment

Registry mounting for IS-KM, store/pub and gateway nodes

Share UM_DB among IS-KM, store/pub and gateway nodes

Affected Product Version: WSO2 API Manager 2.6.x
