@loeb-ift the Docker images for WSO2 API Manager Analytics version 3.1.0 and WSO2 IS as KM version 5.10.0 have not been properly uploaded to the WSO2 Private Docker Registry.

I followed this https://wso2.com/api-management/install/docker-compose/get-started/ and got the same error even after doing a docker login docker.wso2.com :

On the 4 following images : docker.wso2.com/wso2am-analytics-worker:3.1.0 docker.wso2.com/wso2is-km:5.10.0 docker.wso2.com/wso2am:3.1.0 docker.wso2.com/wso2am-analytics-dashboard:3.1.0 I can only pull docker.wso2.com/wso2am:3.1.0, got the same error for the 3 others images.
Never had such a difficult time installing a product...advise you guys make this a little easier or document a little better. I'll be back in a few months to see how things are shaping up - in the meantime I've got to find an API manager that I can install.

I can't pull docker.wso2.com/wso2am:3.1.0, I got the error

but I got the 3 others images.
I tried different images but got the same error :

@scivray47 after checking, it was noticed that these images are available in the WSO2 Private Docker registry.
Can you please specify the email address you have used for your WSO2 Subscription?
Also, just for notification WSO2 recommends you to use the WSO2 support service (see Subscription details) for this type of queries. Hence, please feel free to use the service.
I have no active subscription. I think I only registered in https://wso2.com to be able to login in https://docker.wso2.com/ for the command docker login docker.wso2.com
In https://wso2.com/api-management/install/docker-compose/get-started/ the images are those in docker.wso2.com
can you open the issue again I have exactly the same problem with version 3.2.0 with the images docker.wso2.com/wso2am:3.2.0 and wso2am-analytics-worker: 3.2.0
Same issue. I am already logged in docker.wso2.com via the command line. But it gives the same error message for all of the images.

Hi : As a workaround you can use the public repository, ie : replace docker.wso2.com/wso2am with wso2/wso2am , and the same solution works with the other wso2 products.

Does this problem still exist? I want to pull the wso2mi and got an access denied, but works with public images like wso2/wso2mi
