carbon.p2.plugin, axis2, orbit version of: abdera, axiom, commons-text, commons.beanutils, commons.io, tomcat, hazelcast, commons.fileupload, encoder, csrfguard, httpcomponents-httpclient

Purpose

To make the necessary changes to provide support for building the API manager product with JDK 17.

Goal
