Permission roles created for topics are inconsistent when created from UI

The permission role created for Topics are inconsistent when creating topics with the below mentioned steps Steps.

  1. Login to console and create a topic named Sports/Soccer
  2. Create another topic named wso2.qa Issue - The two role names that are created are inconsistent. Further if a subtopic is created by a jms client it uses the hyphen to distinguish role names.
